Yes. Every project has a dedicated account manager who follows it from the start and proposes development ideas every month, based on its performance and the market.
We stay with you: ongoing technical support by phone and WhatsApp, updates that keep the app compatible with new iOS and Android releases, and an account manager who proposes monthly improvements. New features are quoted separately.
Yes, where it genuinely helps your project, such as smart in-app search, automated replies to customer questions and product suggestions. We decide this with you during planning, and use modern tools that speed up development without compromising quality.
Mobile apps
It depends on the scope. Standard apps (store, ordering, booking) usually take 6 to 12 weeks from design approval to store release, and the delivery date is fixed in the contract.
Yes. We create the developer accounts in your company's name, publish the app and follow the review until approval. The accounts are fully yours.
Pricing & payment
After the free consultation we send a fixed proposal listing the features, timeline and cost. Payment is split into instalments tied to the milestones agreed in the contract, not one payment up front.
Hosting, domain and technical support renew yearly at the fee stated in your quotation, and we remind you before the renewal date. There are no hidden fees or other mandatory subscriptions.

Yes. Every website or store can run in both languages on the same domain, with a layout that respects each language's reading direction and a single admin panel for managing Arabic and English content.
On protected servers inside the UAE, with an SSL certificate, regular backups and 99.9% uptime. Packages include hosting, domain and support for the first year, and you can move to any host you choose later.
