These terms apply to the use of comedia.ae and to the services provided by Comedia Information Technology, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Quotations and contracts
Every project starts with a written technical and financial proposal defining the scope, timeline, cost and payment schedule. The proposal becomes a binding contract once signed and the first instalment is paid.
Intellectual property
Once the contract value is paid in full, ownership of the project's source code, designs and files transfers entirely to the client. Open-source tools and libraries remain subject to their original licences.
Technical support
We fix software defects in what we delivered and provide technical support as stated in the contract. New features and changes outside the contract scope are quoted separately.
Renewals
Hosting, domains and yearly subscriptions renew at the fees stated in the proposal, and the client is notified before the renewal date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
